Submitting the Contact or Request a Quote form sends the information you enter — such as your name, company, email, phone and message — to our website's form-handling service, which delivers it to our team by email. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry.

The Request a Quote form includes an optional file attachment field. If you attach a reference file, it is submitted along with your other form fields in the same way.

Each form also includes a hidden field used only to help detect and reduce automated spam submissions; it does not collect any information about you.

The "Design Your Own Zipper" tool and any file you upload there (such as a logo image) are processed only in your own browser for the live preview and are not submitted anywhere unless you separately attach the same file to the Request a Quote form.

This site loads the Inter and Cormorant Garamond typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers. No analytics or advertising trackers are currently active on this site.

Data Retention

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and related business correspondence. We do not maintain a separate customer database for website form submissions.
